We’re looking for a skilled Technical Owner who will also act as Project Manager during the implementation phase of a transformative IT initiative within the Autocirc Group. As part of the workplace project, you’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing Autocirc’s 365 Tenant configuration, as well as driving and coordinating the IT needs for our 65 companies located in Europe with the help of our IT suppliers. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the companies transitioning to our new IT setup. 

 

The daily tasks for this position will be to interact with the Group companies around needs and issues regarding their IT environment, help newly acquired companies integrate into Autocirc’s IT infrastructure, manage day-to-day supplier tasks and evaluate new supplier needs. 

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Company Support: Serve as the main liaison between Autocirc and migrating companies, addressing the needs of functionality, support, and operations.
  • Workplace solution ownership: Oversee and develop/challenge the total setup for partners, policies, & technical solutions
  • Configuration Ownership: Take charge of the Autocirc 365 Tenant and configuration setup.
  • Delivery Follow-Up: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for workplace delivery, including service desk and cybersecurity, to ensure smooth vendor performance. Interact with the Group companies regarding needs and issues around their IT environment and manage the migration process for all companies.
  • Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors providing workplace solutions, hardware, and various software. 

The role is located at our head office in Borås where most of the group functions are gathered and you will work closely with colleagues in group IT as well as with local IT functions in the group.

 

Who are you?
You hold a university degree in computer science, informatics, or similar, or possess equivalent experience in managing IT environments. To succeed in this role, you preferably have 3-5 years of experience in positions such as IT technician, IT support, and/or technical project management. You are a skilled project manager, ideally with expertise in IT. Experience in vendor management, change management, and cyber security is a plus.


You also possess strong technical proficiency in IT, including expertise in MS365 and IT infrastructure. You have a good ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong skills in collaboration and communication, both written and verbal and in Swedish and English. Additional language skills in French and/or Spanish would be considered a merit.
