In this privacy policy for Autocirc AB, we explain how Autocirc AB, with organization number (559214-4314) ("Autocirc"), handles personal data. This policy applies to Autocirc with subsidiaries as personal data may be shared within the group.We use information that we collect, or that you as a customer, employee or supplier provide for these main reasons:
- In order to fulfill our obligations to suppliers or customers, we use e.g.
contact details that we collect by contract or otherwise. - In order to respond to questions or comments received by email from employees of other Autocirc
or from customers, we need to process the email, name and any other personal data provided through the

Autocirc operates in the field of business establishment. Autocirc's management is responsible for ensuring that personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation and in a way that manages the trust of individuals.
Personal data we collect
Autocirc collects data to fulfill agreements with our suppliers, partners, employees and job applicants and to provide the best possible service to you as a customer. Some of this information you provide us directly in connection with our application process, contact via letter, email or within business relations. We may also obtain data from third parties. Security of your personal data
Autocirc uses a range of security technologies and practices to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, unwanted alteration and loss of data. For example, personal data you provide is stored on computer systems that have restricted access and are located in secure premises. When highly sensitive data (e.g. credit card numbers and passwords) is transmitted over the internet, this data is protected by encryption.
Where we store and process personal data
Personal data handled by Autocirc may be stored and processed in the region where you live, in Sweden, or in other countries where Autocirc, our partners or suppliers operate. History of changes
May 2018: Clarifications due to the entry into force of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on May 25, 2018. The updated Privacy Policy will automatically take effect for all existing users and visitors on May 25, 2018. Your continued use of our products, services and features from that date will be subject to the new Privacy Policy. The policy has also been revised to be concise, clear, understandable and easier to absorb and understand.
