Tasks and responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and drive the discoverability of new features.
- Prioritize the product roadmap to align with company goals.
- Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration across engineering teams and external vendors.
- Oversee the testing, rollout and launch of new products and features.
- Collaborate with operational companies and internal teams such as finance, operations and country teams.
- Develop cutting-edge internal systems that enhance the purchasing experience for customers.
- Ensure creation of a best-in-class trade platform through cross-functional collaboration.
The role is located at our head office in Borås where most of the group functions are gathered and you work closely with colleagues in group IT as well as with local business stakeholders to deliver systems that solve their problems.
Who are you?
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Business, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience leading and driving product strategy as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
- High integrity and a bias for action with a strategic mindset
- Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
- Proven experience working with developers, data scientists, and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Humble and passionate about delivering great products
- Experience with product roadmap prioritization and feature discovery
- Excellent communicator in Swedish and English (verbal and writing)
- Nice if you can speak French or other European language
