The automotive parts industry largely consists of specialized, smaller companies operating independently in a fragmented market, such as dismantlers and workshops. What if we all could work together across borders instead? That is exactly the idea behind Autocirc.
We are the platform that links companies in an efficient collaboration. The result is that more car parts enter the spare parts market instead of being scrapped. And with you as a part of this journey, our long-term ambition is for remanufactured car parts to be used in the production of new vehicles.

Autocirc has been operating since 2019 and has its headquarters in Borås, Sweden. We have already grown into Northern Europe's largest auto parts recycling business with subsidiaries in several European countries. The majority of our companies are car dismantlers. Our other business areas are car transport and towing, core traders, remanufacturing, rims and tyres, battery recycling, scrap and metal and workshops. Each company that is part of Autocirc is among the leaders in its niche and carefully selected because they share our vision of a circular transition in the auto parts industry.
From start-up to the largest in Northern Europe.
2019
Autocirc is founded by Johan Livered and Mattias Pettersson with the aim of creating a platform for collaboration in the fragmented automotive aftermarket.
2020
Our first acquisition is made, marking the start of Autocirc’s journey as a growing group in reuse, remanufacturing and recycling of car parts.
2021
Our expansion continues in Northern Europe through acquisitions in Sweden, Norway, Finland and the UK.
2022
We broaden our business areas and enters new markets in Poland and Germany through further acquisitions.
2023
Our growth accelerates, supported by a new central warehouse in Norway and the launch of a solar park in Finland.
2024
Highlights include our entry into Portugal and the launch of a data platform to strengthen our ecosystem and make ESG management more efficient.
