Autocirc is pleased to announce the acquisition of Borås Bildemontering AB, one of Sweden’s leading companies in vehicle dismantling and the sale of high-quality reused automotive parts. With this acquisition, Borås Bildemontering becomes the 70th company in Autocirc Group, marking an important milestone for the organisation. The location is symbolic since company number 70 is added in Borås, where the Autocirc story began in 2019. This strategic acquisition further strengthens Autocirc’s presence and leading position in the Swedish market while marking yet another significant step forward in the company’s European growth journey.
Founded in 1934 by Borås native Gunnar Persson, Borås Bildemontering has a long and proud heritage in the Swedish automotive industry. The company has remained family-owned for three generations and today employs around twenty people. The company dismantles and recycles approximately 1200 vehicles each year, primarily sourced from leading insurance companies.
Through this acquisition, Borås Bildemontering will further strengthen Autocirc’s presence in the Swedish market, expand its share of the national dismantling flow, and generate additional value across Autocirc’s circular ecosystem while supporting continued optimisation of the company’s integrated supply chain.

Borås Bildemontering is located in Brämhult, Borås. The company employs 20 people and operates across a total area of 45,000 m². Åsa Post will continue in her role as CEO.
