Autocirc acquires Bärgningstjänsten Sverige AB. The company is based in Gothenburg and is a prominent player in the towing of both light and heavy vehicles. This is a strategically important strengthening of Autocirc’s value chain, where specialised companies in the auto parts industry collaborate to increase the reuse of car parts.

Bärgningstjänsten Sverige has a strong position in its market and established collaborations with, among others, the police, rescue services and several insurance companies. Their expertise in roadside assistance, salvage and transport of vehicles and machines will be an important asset for Autocirc.

Johan Livered, CEO Autocirc, says:
– Reliable transport and recovery services are essential to our business. Bärgningstjänsten Sverige will play a central role in Autocirc’s infrastructure and help ensure that vehicles reach our workshops and dismantling facilities quickly and safely. We are very proud of this acquisition and look forward to our co-operation.

Marcus Gustavsson, CEO Bärgningstjänsten Sverige, concludes:
– This is an important and inspiring step for us. We see great potential in Autocirc’s business model and their ambition for the future. Our services now become part of a value chain where they have a greater impact and can make a difference for a more sustainable auto parts industry.

Bärgningstjänsten Sverige is Autocirc’s fifth acquisition in the business area of car transport and salvage. The deal contributes to a more complete infrastructure for efficient reuse and recycling of vehicle parts, with a reduced climate footprint as a result.
